FLRC Policy for Reserving Rooms
- Technology classrooms administered by the FLRC may be reserved according to the following policy:
- All requests for rooms must be submitted through the links to the left.
- Requests are encouraged twenty-four (24) hours in advance.
- Block (course) scheduling of FLRC instructional rooms is available for film, phonetics, or other appropriate technology-based courses.
- Rooms are available on an ad hoc basis, first come, first serve. They may be scheduled one week in advance.
- Up to 5 instructional days may be reserved in advance during the current semester for ad hoc scheduling.
- Scheduling for purposes other than language teaching (e.g., film festivals, computer workshops, etc.) will be reviewed on the basis of educational value for the UNC academic community.
Note: The purpose of the policy stated above is to keep FLRC classrooms scheduled optimally but available for use on reasonably short notice. The FLRC Director will review special requests based on academic needs.
